If something breaks, we fix it for free, you pay for the shipping.
The following is excluded from this:
- Dents, dings, chips, faded paint/stain are NOT included in free repair on the horses.
- Please email batesequine@gmail.com to request a repair on your Horse.
- Dents, dings, chips, faded paint/stain not included
- You pay for shipping and handling.

Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped within 48 hours of completion . We will do everything we can to work with you on your desired delivery date.

Order TrackingIf a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Shipping RatesThe rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, the size of the box and your location. If purchasing by phone, shipping charges will be provided as part of the final cost.
